As Vice President of WASWAK, I am honoured to represent the hardworking professionals who form the backbone of Kenya’s water sector. Our mission as WASWAK is not only to advocate for the rights, welfare, and recognition of water workers across the country, but also to position our voices within regional and global conversations around water security, sustainability, and workforce resilience.

I envision a WASWAK that champions professionalism, inclusivity, and innovation—one that elevates the standards of service delivery from the ground up. We are investing in capacity building, advocating for the protection of water infrastructure, and strengthening collaboration with both public and private sector actors.

Globally, we believe that the experience and dedication of water workers in Kenya can inspire policy and practice beyond our borders. Through this platform and our partnerships, we seek to amplify the critical role of frontline workers in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 6: clean water and sanitation for all.

Let this website be a window to our work, our values, and our vision
