•Trade unions officials within the sector have been compromised thus the workers have had no platform to articulate their welfare, professionalism, challenges and solution to the ailing sector.
•Currently, water institutions are working in silos thus attracting numerous challenges.
•Therefore, WASWAK intends to mitigate by recommending all water bodies and governmental management boards of our interests to include water workers/ Representatives in Policy formulations and decision making.
